Mummy (Underworld Projection)02010-02014 For one year (02010), friends and family were invited to design a tattoo that I would recieve, where it would be placed, and how.

At the end of that year, an imagined mummy bearing all these tattoos was made.

In 02014, the fellows at the Mildred’s Lane art residency immolated this body within a traditional Roman funerral pyre, sending it to the underworld.

In Search of...The King of Cups02014 By making the right choices do we get closer to G-D?

Maybe it is the persuit of perfection that allows us access to the G-D Head?

Are the angels meant to help us or challenge us along the way?

The proposed peformance at the Chrysler Museum of Art Glass Studio seeks to answer the above an more.

Taking inspiration in equal measure from the fabled Emerald Tablet, “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”, and “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”, a foolish king on a crusade of perfection tries to make the Holy Grail himself.

Assisted/frustrated by The Angels in the athanor of the glass studio, he guesses at the potential form the Grail may take.

Perfection obscures transcendence.

We laugh along the way.
